Send a deletion request
- Email lordhoell@lordhoell.com with the subject “HoellReels data deletion”.
- Name the platform and the username or profile associated with the information. Include a post or comment link if available, or describe the information so that it can be located.
- State whether you want information removed from HoellReels, a comment or post removed from the social platform, or both. These are separate actions.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, or other sign-in credentials.
What happens next
LordHoell reviews the request, locates the relevant information, and may ask for reasonable confirmation that the request concerns you. The reply explains the action taken or any information needed to finish the request.
For a supported local comment purge, HoellReels removes stored comment text, commenter names and identifiers, attachment information, and related personal payloads. A keyed identifier and limited deletion record remain to help prevent the information from returning during synchronization or backup restoration. Older backups may retain earlier copies until they rotate out; a purge record is used when restoring app backups.
A request to remove information from HoellReels does not automatically remove content from Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, or copies held independently by another service. If you want a platform post or comment removed, say so in the email. Removal there depends on the account’s permissions and the platform’s controls.
Stop future platform access
If you authorized HoellReels to access an account, you can remove that authorization in the platform’s connected-app settings. For Google/YouTube, open Google’s account permissions page and remove the relevant app connection. Email LordHoell as well if you want information already stored by HoellReels deleted.
